About the role:

As Lead Educator, you will:

* guide the planning cycle and support reflective practice
* coach and mentor educators to build capability and confidence
* embed the EYLF and NQS across daily practice
* build strong relationships with families and colleagues
* contribute to a warm, collaborative and child-centred culture
What you bring:
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) completed before October 2025
* Minimum twelve months of room or team leadership experience in an Australian early learning service
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card
* Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and planning cycle
Confidence in mentoring, family engagement and navigating challenging conversations
* Full-time availability, ideally on a rotating roster
