Duties:
* Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Respond to internal and external queries professionally, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* Coordinate office activities such as travel bookings, catering, and meeting arrangements.
* Maintain office supplies and assist with general front counter and reception duties.
* Support team projects by sourcing information, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment by collaborating and sharing knowledge.
Skills and responsibilities:
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures
* Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft suite
