Garden Haven Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its team at its beautiful Albert Park clinic on a contractor basis.
Garden Haven Dental provides general, invisalign, cosmetic and implant dentistry to patients. The clinic uses modern chairs with integrated cameras and digital scanning to enhance treatment planning and have better control over patients' smiles. You will have the opportunity to work with our wonderful and inspiring patients who care about having beautiful healthy teeth and excellent oral health.
You will be working in a stable and dedicated team of professionals and support staff who are collaborative and caring. Mentorship, support and guidance can be provided. A healthy work-life balance is greatly encouraged by the clinic.
About the Position:
* The position is part time, starting preferably, with the potential to build up more days
* Contractor basis
* This position will suit a self-sufficient practitioner who is passionate about dentistry and exceptional patient care
* Strong clinical skills in restorative dentistry, preventive care, and patient management
* Commission structure: up to 40%
Skills and Experience:
The right candidate should:
* Have a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in general dentistry
* Be able to confidently carry out all aspects of general dentistry
* Be able to independently devise comprehensive treatment plans
* Provide a gold standard of care to patients
* Be interested in and committed to perpetually increasing knowledge and skills in dentistry
* Be people-focused and have a warm welcoming mannerism
* Have remarkable communication skills and be genuinely interested in patients' well being
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine or equivalent and current registration with AHPRA as a Dentist
* The right to work in Australia
* Current professional indemnity insurance
