Main Responsibilities
* Provide frontline technical support to staff across various production and office settings.
* Configure and install networking equipment, PCs, printers, and industrial IT systems.
* Carry out physical infrastructure tasks, including cable running, equipment mounting, and installations in processing areas.
* Assist with SCADA system maintenance and industrial network upkeep.
* Lable and document equipment, as well as manage assets.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Essential Skills
* Demonstrated experience in IT, with strong networking and helpdesk fundamentals.
* A comfort level working in an industrial setting, which includes climbing in roof spaces, working at heights, and exposure to processing conditions.
* The ability to think critically and work independently.
