We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to oversee a team of network engineers across wired, wireless, SDN, and NAC technologies. This senior role combines deep Cisco expertise with leadership and consulting capability to define strategy, deliver complex projects, and drive innovation across enterprise and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineers across routing, switching, wireless, SDN, and NAC
Define and implement enterprise network architecture and strategy
Produce detailed high- and low-level design documentation
Provide technical consulting on complex transformation initiatives
Drive automation and orchestration (Python, Ansible, APIs)
Ensure security, compliance, and operational resilience
Engage senior stakeholders and align technical solutions with business objectives
Required Experience
Extensive enterprise networking experience with strong Cisco expertise
Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, DNA Center, and ISE
Experience designing enterprise and hybrid cloud network environments
Proven team leadership and project delivery capability
Exposure to highly regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities/Energy preferred)
Strong written, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Certifications
CCNP or CCIE (Enterprise/Data Center)
Cisco DevNet Professional
PMP, ITIL, or equivalent
