Customer Service Role
We re seeking a welcoming and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at one of our beautiful holiday parks. In this role, you ll be the first point of contact for our guests, assisting with check-ins, reservations, and providing helpful local information to ensure every stay is memorable.
As a key member of our front-line reception team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, and face-to-face interactions are carried out effectively and courteously.
Our guests come from all over the world, and we re looking for someone who can provide a warm and personalized welcome. You ll have the opportunity to learn about our stunning locations and share your knowledge with our guests, making their holiday experience even more special.
In addition to your exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you ll need to be proactive, efficient, and able to multitask.
