Position Overview

* Manage and grow a portfolio of established nursing clients
* Work across permanent and/or contract recruitment
* Drive new business through strategic outreach and relationship‑building
* Source, attract and engage top nursing talent across Australia
* Deliver a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates
* Negotiate commercial terms and uphold best practices
* Collaborate with a high‑performing team and contribute to shared success
About you
* Proven experience in nursing or healthcare recruitment in Australia
* A growth mindset and a passion for building lasting relationships
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder‑management skills
