Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our high‐performing Essendon team. You'll take ownership of a well‐maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties, supported by leasing and administration, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a residential portfolio end‐to‐end
* Building strong, long‐term relationships with rental providers and renters
* Overseeing leasing, applications, and compliance
* Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
* Attending VCAT and handling more complex tenancy matters
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in residential property management
* Strong knowledge of Victorian legislation and compliance
* Confident communicator with excellent problem‐solving skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
