Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dealer Assistant to join our wealth management team in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have around 3+ years of experience in equity markets operations or client services, and be able to provide operational assistance to the team.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced private client advisers, liaising with clients, placing equity trades on their behalf, and facilitating administrative client queries. They will also be responsible for arranging and assisting with maintenance of client accounts and records, adhering to AML/CTF, KYC regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Recognised industry studies and/or tertiary degree
* RG146 – if not held already it is a requirement to study towards
* Experience in a similar role within stockbroking, wealth management or financial planning required – CSM, Dealer assistant, Adviser assistant etc

This is an initial 12-month contract with view to go permanent for good performance, stepping into an associate adviser role. The ideal candidate will have strong literacy and numeracy abilities, fundamental knowledge of the financial industry, high attention to detail and organisational skills, and high level of resilience and strong prioritising and time management skills.
