Unique Support Services is seeking an experienced Business Manager to assist in overseeing oversee key organisational functions including but not limited to Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Information Management, Finance, Asset Management and Insurances.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role provides operational leadership to ensure organisational systems, workforce practices, assets and risk controls remain compliant with theNDIS Practice Standards, SCHADS Award and Fair Work Act, while supporting safe, high-quality services.
Key responsibilities
* Assist in supervising and managing the Business Team.
* Assist quality assurance, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
* Oversee workforce compliance, employment frameworks and performance processes.
* Manage organisational assets and insurance arrangements to support risk management and business continuity.
* Support effective information systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
* Proven experience in Human Resources Management.
* Strong knowledge of SCHADS award, compliance, risk and governance, ideally in disability or human services.
* Experience overseeing NDIS practice standards is highly regarded.
* Confident, collaborative people leader with strong organisational and communication skills.
