Integ Marine Group is seeking a hands-on and motivated Junior Marine Window Fabrication Technician to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving technical challenges and learning specialised fabrication skills. You will work alongside experienced technicians to support the fabrication and installation of high-quality marine window systems used across a variety of vessels.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Integ Marine Glass & Outfitting Solutions, this role supports the production and installation of marine window systems.
You will assist with templating, fabrication, finishing and installation, while learning specialised glazing and fabrication techniques. The role offers an opportunity to develop technical skills in a unique marine industry environment.
Some domestic and occasional international travel may be required to assist with vessel assessments and onsite work.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
* Assist with measuring and templating marine windows
* Support scanning and preparation of digital window templates
* Assist with fabrication and assembly of window components
* Support finishing and polishing of glazing materials
* Assist with installation activities including sealing, fitting and finishing
* Prepare materials, tools and equipment for upcoming jobs
* Support inspection and quality checks of fabricated products
* Maintain accurate project documentation where required
* Assist with packaging, loading and dispatch of products
* Operate workshop tools and machinery safely under supervision
About You
Are you a student wanting to get into a trade in the marine industy? Or do you come from a trade background and are wanting a change?

* An interest in fabrication, manufacturing, marine or technical trades
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Confidence using basic power tools and workshop equipment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A reliable and safety-focused approach to work
* A willingness to travel occasionally for vessel assessments or onsite workReliable, safety-minded and organised
* Experience reading technical drawings or working with fabrication materials such as glass, acrylic or polycarbonate would be advantageous but is not essential.
Requirements:
* Manual driver’s licence (required)
* Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket – or willingness to obtain
* Understanding of marine vessels and systems – a bonus!
* Ambition to grow into managing multiple jobs
