Customer Experience Specialist Opportunity

This role is a chance to shine in a Casual customer service and sales environment, where you will work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with expert advice and solutions.

You will also be responsible for promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met.

Responsibilities:

* Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers
\
* Promote and expand Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
\
* Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions
\
* Meet and exceed personal sales targets
\
* Support other team members to achieve business goals
\
* Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
\
Requirements:

* Previous experience in a customer service environment
\
* Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers

* Enthusiastic and energetic approach to all aspects of the job
