Overview
Project Delivery Supervisor – Crushing & Screening Operations — Pilbara Region | FIFO from Perth • 8:6 roster • $60–$64/hr + Super. 6–8 week contract with potential for extension. Ideal for someone between projects or a Leading Hand ready to step into a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the schedule is delivered safely and on time
- Coordinate contractors and manage compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor supply and contract management processes
- Use CMS systems to track progress and report on milestones
- Ensure seamless transition of material from crushing phase to stockyard operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues proactively
What You’ll Need
- Experience supervising crushing and screening operations (earthworks exposure beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, contract management, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with CMS systems and contractor coordination
- Certifications:
- Section 26 (S26)
- Working at Heights
- Confined Spaces
- Ability to lead from the front with a safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off
- Hours: 12-hour days
- Rate: $60–$64/hour + super on all hours
- Location: Pilbara (FIFO from Perth)
- Contract Length: 6–8 weeks with potential to extend
