Your responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, managing customer inquiries and ensuring timely, accurate information. Order Management: Process orders from quotation to final delivery, monitoring status and ensuring smooth fulfillment. Internal Coordination: Liaise with sales, logistics, production, and customer service teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Sales Administration: Maintain CRM systems, track leads and generate sales documentation. Project Management: Assist in coordinating sales-related projects, ensuring timelines are met and challenges are resolved proactively. Attention to Detail: You ensure all quotes, orders, and data entries are accurate, supporting smooth operations for the sales team. Technical & Administrative Skills: You’re proficient in Excel and experienced in processing orders, managing schedules, and maintaining CRM accuracy.
