Process Transformation Specialist
This is a hands-on role for a professional to lead and execute change management strategies for technology implementations and process transformations.
* Conduct assessments, analysis and readiness assessments to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive plans to address the adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
2. Closely partner with teams across multiple business areas to ensure alignment with operational needs and successful embedding.
3. Serve as a coach/guide for leaders/managers on organizational readiness. Provide guidance on effective communication strategies in complex environments.
