We are seeking a warm, organised and professional Receptionist for an urgent start in a full-time temporary role running Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. If you enjoy people contact, variety, and being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, this is a fantastic opportunity.

About the Role
* Greeting visitors, guests and staff with a warm, professional approach
* Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries promptly
* Monitoring the reception inbox and responding to general questions
* Supporting onboarding and compliance tasks for guests and staff attending site
* Coordinating visitor passes, sign-ins and access requirements
* Providing administrative support including data entry, filing and document updates
* Liaising with internal teams and assisting where needed
* Maintaining a tidy, organised and welcoming reception space
What You'll Bring
* Previous reception or front-of-house experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confidence managing calls and greeting visitors
* Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
* Professional presentation, reliability and a proactive approach
* A friendly attitude and the ability to support a busy team
