About the Role
* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Professional to deliver high-quality NDIS funded services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
o Navigate and coordinate connections to informal, mainstream, and community supports
2. Assist participants in managing and understanding their NDIS plans, ensuring seamless service delivery.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational standards and regulations.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in social work, social sciences, or a related discipline
* Experience working in a similar position, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results
* Clear understanding of the challenges faced by people living with disabilities, coupled with a passion for making a positive impact
