About Us:
Little Palm Cabins is a privately owned Cabins-only property in beautiful Lake Cathie, 10 minutes out of Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast. Our park features 14 cozy cabins of various sizes and a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Oversee daily onsite operation of the cabin park, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests
 * Assist guests with any inquiries, providing a friendly and helpful presence
 * Manage our automated check-in and check-out procedures
 * Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance needs and perform general maintenance and repairs on cabins
 * Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of cabins & common areas
 * Maintain the grounds with help from our groundsperson
 * Scheduling the cleaning staff and hiring of additional cleaning staff (when necessary)
 * Monitor and manage park supplies and inventory
 * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all team members
 * Monitor the safety and security of the park, addressing any issues promptly
Qualifications:
 * Strong leadership and organisation skills, willing to lead the Team by example
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities
 * Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease
 * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours as needed
 * Strong practical skills in general repair and maintenance
 * Australian Driver's Licence
 * Legally entitled to work in Australia
