We're partnering with a high-performing financial services organisation based in Brisbane to deliver a 12-month fixed-term opportunity covering paternity leave.
This role sits within a mature digital workplace environment and will suit someone who enjoys partnering closely with the business to design, deliver, and continuously improve Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
The Role
As the Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist, you'll provide technical leadership across the Microsoft ecosystem, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive, scalable digital solutions.
You'll play a key role in shaping the digital workplace roadmap, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities, automation, and modern collaboration tools to drive efficiency, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Power Apps and Power Automate
* Provide governance, best-practice guidance, and technical leadership across the digital workplace
* Support and enhance existing solutions while ensuring quality, security, and scalability
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation, including AI-enabled capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot
About You
You're a seasoned Microsoft 365 professional who is confident operating within a complex enterprise environment and engaging with senior stakeholders.
You'll bring:
* Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365
* Proven ability to design and implement practical, business-aligned solutions
* Experience translating business requirements into effective technical outcomes
* A strong understanding of governance, risk, and best-practice cloud delivery
* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, consultative approach
