We are seeking an experienced Ship Documentation Specialist to join our team at Garden Island defence Precinct. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing official documentation from start to finish with external repair agents, internal superintendents/project managers/ship managers and commonwealth representatives through various tracking systems.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documentation.
* Auditing and reviewing documentation to identify any discrepancies or errors.
* Maintaining up-to-date records and reports on a daily basis.
* Ensuring high-quality data integrity across all documentation.
* Collaborating with the team to develop improvements to the process and documentation systems.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset. They should be able to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality outputs.
