What you’ll be doing: Providing day-to-day leadership for a 6-person squad of developers and QAs. Taking full ownership of the delivery plan for a business-critical technology stack. Managing concurrent BAU projects, feature enhancements, and security uplifts. Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery. What you'll bring to the team: A background in software engineering and proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Tech Lead, or Program Manager. A track record of successfully delivering software projects in an Agile environment. Essential hands on experience managing "distributed software" or EFTPOS terminals software engineering environment. A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a deep sense of ownership and accountability.
