The Opportunity
This is not a generic BDM role.
We are looking for someone who already understands the environments our clients operate in—someone who can walk into a mine site, infrastructure project, or enterprise environment and immediately add value without relying on technical support to carry conversations.
You will take ownership of both new business growth and existing account expansion, with accountability for your revenue outcomes across Western Australia.

What You'll Be Doing
New Business Growth
* Identify and convert opportunities across mining, resources, transport, and enterprise sectors
* Build and manage a pipeline
* Drive net new revenue to target annually
* Lead the full sales cycle
Account Development
* Take ownership of existing accounts and grow revenue through upsell and expansion
* Identify new applications for communications and operational technology solutions
* Build long-term, trusted client relationships
* Leverage industry networks, site relationships, and sector knowledge
* Engage clients through a mix of face-to-face, site visits, and targeted outreach
* Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting
What You Bring
Industry Experience (Critical)
* Proven experience selling into mining, resources, or critical infrastructure sectors
* Strong understanding of:
* Microwave and wireless communications
* In-pit communications / mesh networks
* Remote/solar-powered comms infrastructure
Commercial Capability
* Demonstrated success in B2B solution sales
* Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
* Track record of achieving meaningful revenue targets
Personal Attributes
* Autonomous and self-directed
* Commercially sharp with strong client instincts
* Able to balance persistence with professionalism
* Comfortable operating in technical and operational environments
