Role Description
This is a highly flexible role that can be performed from anywhere in Australia, with periodic interstate travel required.
As National Business Development Manager, you will lead the identification and conversion of new business opportunities across Australia. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, developing and managing key client relationships, and expanding Future Property Group's national pipeline.
You will oversee the full sales process from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation and close, while contributing to strategic growth planning and market expansion. Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening partnerships and supporting the company's national growth strategy.
Qualifications
* Value driven, purpose led, sustainability focused.
* Proven experience in New Business Development and Sales
* Strong Account Management and Relationship Building skills
* Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Experience in the property development or sustainability sectors is a plus
