About the Role
We are partnering with a leading organisation within the steel manufacturing and distribution industry to support their recruitment function through an RPO model. Due to ongoing hiring demand, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to join the team on a 12‐month fixed term contract.
This role is primarily focused on candidate sourcing and recruitment operations, supporting a broad range of hiring needs across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other market channels
* Support recruitment for Industrial and Corporate roles, up to middle management level
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
* Manage candidate information and recruitment progress with a high level of accuracy
* Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment
* Ensure recruitment processes align with best practice and compliance requirements
About You
* Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Comfortable managing multiple roles and competing priorities
* Detail‐oriented with a structured and process‐driven approach
* Able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
* Experience supporting Industrial and/or Corporate hiring is highly regarded
