Job Overview
Position: A customer‐focused Salesperson for the Flooring Team at Harvey Norman. The role involves delivering excellent service to customers in the home and lifestyle space.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality customer service and communication.
* Work within a team environment and support colleagues.
* Measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products (carpets, timber, tiles) in customers' homes.
* Manage work tasks around customers' needs, providing expert product knowledge.
* Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in a customer‐focused retail business.
* High level of flooring product knowledge.
* Valid driver's licence and own transport (car preferred).
* Excellent communication, problem‐solving and customer‐service skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
