The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in administration and/or paraplanning within a financial planning business and be eager to continue developing their technical knowledge and client service skills.

Working closely with our advisers and support team, you will assist in delivering high‐quality advice and an exceptional client experience. This role offers robust exposure to the advice process and genuine career progression opportunities. You will be involved in client meetings, strategy preparation, research, financial modelling, implementation support, and ongoing client service.

About you
Essential
* Minimum 12 months' experience in financial planning administration and/or paraplanning
* Currently completing or recently completed a degree approved under the education standards for financial advisers
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Willingness to learn
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Professional presentation and client‐first attitude
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software/CRMs
Desirable
* Experience using XPLAN
* Understanding of superannuation, insurance and investment products
* Desire to progress toward an Associate Adviser and Adviser pathway
