We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the education, training, and implementation of our medical devices in healthcare settings.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology and clinical application, ensuring healthcare professionals can effectively integrate our solutions into their workflows to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Clinical Education and Training
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of our medical devices.
2. Tailor training sessions to meet the needs of diverse audiences, including physicians, nurses, paramedics, and technicians.
3. Create customized training plans and educational materials to ensure effective learning and retention.
Customer Support
1. Provide in-field clinical support during product implementation, including on-site guidance and post-installation follow-ups.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for clinical inquiries, offering expert advice and assistance to resolve customer challenges.
3. Deliver real-time support during critical care situations where our products are in use, ensuring optimal performance and outcomes.
Product Demonstrations
1. Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers, showcasing the clinical and operational benefits of our solutions.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to provide clinical insights that highlight the value of our products in meeting customer needs.
Technical Troubleshooting
1. Assist with technical and clinical troubleshooting, working closely with the technical support team to address and resolve any product-related issues.
2. Ensure customers are confident and satisfied with the performance of our devices.
Customer Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and key decision-makers.
2. Act as a clinical resource and advocate, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Engage in regular communication with customers to assess their ongoing needs and provide additional support when necessary.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
1. Partner with sales, marketing, technical services, and operations teams to share customer feedback and insights that can drive product enhancements and innovation.
2. Assist in the development of clinical resources, white papers, and case studies to highlight the effectiveness of our solutions.
Market and Industry Expertise
1. Stay current with clinical best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies relevant to our products and services.
2. Represent ZOLL Medical at industry conferences, trade shows, and clinical events, providing thought leadership and support to build the company's reputation as a market leader.
Compliance and Reporting
1. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
2. Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions, customer interactions, and support activities for internal reporting and quality assurance.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Paramedicine, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare discipline, or equivalent clinical experience.
2. Clinical Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on critical care, emergency medicine, or pre-hospital care.
3. Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of medical devices, including software and hardware features.
4. Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address customer challenges effectively.
6. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays, to meet customer and business needs.
7. Licensing: A valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Previous experience with Zoll Medical products or similar medical devices.
2. Certification in advanced life support (ALS/ACLS).
3. Experience as a clinical educator, trainer, or applications specialist in the medical device or healthcare industry.
4. Familiarity with data management systems or software used in clinical settings.
