We are supporting a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll and Finance Resource to join a supportive and collaborative team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady, structured payroll environment with the opportunity to contribute more broadly across HR and administration.
About the Role You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, maintain data accuracy, support payroll administration tasks and work closely with HR and Finance to keep systems and processes running smoothly.
The environment is predominantly salaried, with a small number of allowances and timesheet requirements.
The role sits within the People and Culture team and offers excellent flexibility, including hybrid working and the option to consider senior part-time.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end payroll processing Managing updates, new starters and general payroll administration Supporting HR with system and data maintenance Ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries About You Previous payroll experience in a mid-sized environment Confidence with HRIS or payroll systems (ELMO experience highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive data A proactive, team-focused approach Why Apply?
