Job Description
About the Role
* Lead complex physiotherapy caseloads with advanced clinical autonomy
* Provide supervision, coaching and professional guidance to Physiotherapists and AHAs
* Drive high‑quality, evidence‑based practice across a multidisciplinary team
* Support the development of junior clinicians and students through structured mentoring
* Shape service delivery by contributing to program development and clinical leadership
* Champion best‑practice, client‑centred care within Novita's Murray Bridge service
Desired Skills And Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
* Advanced clinical reasoning and confidence managing complex caseloads
* Demonstrated experience supervising and developing other clinicians
* Strong understanding of community ‑ based and multidisciplinary service delivery
* Expertise in delivering evidence ‑ based physiotherapy interventions
* Skilled in building effective client, family and stakeholder relationships
Education And Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification enabling registration as a Physiotherapist
* Current registration with AHPRA – Physiotherapy Board of Australia
* First Aid certificate (desirable)
* SA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
