HP3 or HP4 Hospital Pharmacist required for urgent locum in Wide Bay, Queensland. This is an acute hospital. 13th October for 4 weeks + possible extension.
- The caseload will cover ward based across gen med/surg/ortho OR

- Open to experienced HP3 or HP4 clinicians
- The service use IPharmacy
- You will work in a hospital setting and must have Australian hospital experience
- Locum rates up to $85 + super depending on experience
- Accommodation provided
- $250 each way reimbursed for travel
- There will be credentialing paperwork to complete before you can commence
- You must have AHPRA registration and Australian hospital pharmacy experience
