Job Description:
We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of success in supervising teams, providing exceptional service, and driving results in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences, and leading the team in delivering world-class service to our guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating arrival and departures, working closely with the porter team to ensure a smooth and efficient process;
* Leading the front office team in delivering exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests, enquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
* Mentoring, developing, and supporting team members to achieve their full potential and drive business results;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A diploma or advanced diploma in hospitality management or equivalent;
* Previous experience in supervising or managing a team in a luxury hotel environment;
* Qld open/unrestricted driver's licence; and
* Ability to obtain a restricted driver authority (minimum 3 years continuous license).
