As part of our clinical team, you will have a dedicated focus on providing nursing care and leadership, support, and guidance to other care staff in the provision of quality care that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.
* Develop, implement, monitor, and review comprehensive care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments of residents
* Support new staff with orientation and ongoing professional development
* Ensure the service meets all accreditation standards through collaborative efforts
Key Qualifications:
You will be an experienced clinician, with significant experience within acute or aged care environments. You'll be a passionate advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service. Key qualifications include:
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Current AHPRA registration
* Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical expertise
* Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care
* Confidence to manage conflict, pressures, and competing priorities
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership, support, and mentorship to other team members
