Your role will be varied, you will perform site inspections and identify structural and non-structural defects building defects.
You will compile dilapidation reports based on site visits.
The role offers the opportunity to undertake a range of responsibilities that will include site visits, forensic investigations, building inspections, documentation/photographs, writing reports, specifications and major defect rectification/problem resolution, design assessments and tender estimations.
The ideal candidate will be able to work under direction, you will have a drive and motivation for self-development and improvement.Key Responsibilities, Skills and Qualification A Structural Engineer with around 2 years of industry experience Design Coordination Project Coordination Design Assessments Preliminary design and some detailed design - including PT design Estimation, assessing and preparing tenders and submissions Post tensioning and Structural Remedial Works Site investigations and reporting Coordination with clients Preparing quotes Responding to all emails and phone calls, both internally and externally within a reasonable timeframe.
