Demi Chef Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Demi Chef to join our kitchen team in a remote lodge environment.
* Assist the Head and Sous Chef in running a busy kitchen efficiently, maintaining high standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Organise and manage your kitchen section efficiently, ensuring high-quality menu preparation and presentation.
* Assist with ordering, stock control, and minimising waste while maintaining hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with the team across all kitchen sections and the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous successful experience as a Demi Chef or similar kitchen role.
* Trade qualification in cookery or equivalent.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, versatile team.
* Flexibility to adapt to the unique challenges of a remote lodge environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of food safety, stock control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
