Senior Process Improvement Business Analyst We’re partnering with a leading financial services business based in Sydney that is undergoing significant transformation and investment in its operations. They are looking to bring on a high-calibre Senior Process Improvement Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is not your typical BA role. You’ll play a key role in driving enterprise-wide change, improving operational efficiency, and shaping how the business delivers at scale. The Opportunity You’ll work across large, complex programs from initiation through to delivery, partnering with both business and technology stakeholders to analyse, redesign, and optimise processes that directly impact performance and customer outcomes. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Process Improvement / Business Analyst Strong background within Financial Services (lending experience highly regarded) Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-grade projects end-to-end Expertise in process mapping, analysis, and optimisation Ability to work across complex business environments Strong stakeholder engagement skills across senior business and tech teams A mindset focused on continuous improvement and transformation Experience in Process Engineering and working with all levels of a business to document and optimise process.
