The role: Working with the Branch Manager, you will be working in a dynamic, demanding and complex environment supporting a high volume of both proactive and reactive requests in a timely, thorough and accurate advice.
Further duties include:
Coordinate the response to executive correspondence, briefs, submissions and ministerial requests within the branch.
Proactively coordinate the human resource, procurement and asset management functions for business units within the Branch.
Monitor and report that effective financial records management is maintained for the Business Unit by providing support for budget preparation and monitoring of expenditure.
