Key Responsibilities
Caring for a diverse range of residents in varied care settings

Participate in the provision of resident focussed, holistic care- .
Plan, implement and evaluate evidence based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents- .
Work collaboratively with the Care Community Manager to facilitate and foster best practice standards in nursing care to residents and their families and carers- .
Qualifications and experience
Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain- .
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experience- .

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $ $52.20 per hour.
