The role is within the Wealth Management department which services individuals, families and institutions. Their goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting their standards of integrity and excellence.Your new roleThe Client Service Manager sits within the client service team that supports financial advisers with various operational tasks related to account servicing, financial planning and investment portfolios. They are an integral member of the financial advice team and responsible for delivering an excellent client experience.• Maintaining a high performance culture and supporting client requests queries in a fast paced environment• Support two/three Financial Advisers in a small team environment• Client onboarding and client lifecycle management as well as client offboarding• Preparation of account documentation in systems in line with current AML/CTF and KYC regulations• Arrange and assist in migration of client asset transfers• IPO and corporate action entitlements and preparation of client valuations and client reporting• Process and monitor stock settlements, including follow up with clients regarding outstanding funds.What you'll need to succeed• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Finance or similar• RG146 – if not held already a requirement to study towards• Experience within wealth management or financial planning highly desirable• Understanding of legislation such ASX, AML, KYC, FATCA and CRS• Experience in Client Service in wealth management not mandatory but highly regarded• Display a high level of resilience and strong ability to prioritise tasksWhat you'll get in returnNewly created role on offer as an excellent opportunity for an initial 12 month contract at a global bank with potential for extensions working with high calibre professionals in a supportive team culture.What you need to do nowPlease apply now or email your CV to philip.lewis@hays.com.au to be shortlisted.
