About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving profitability and operational growth in the Northern Region
Leading and mentoring a high-performing team
Strengthening client relationships and developing new business opportunities
Ensuring safety and compliance remain at the forefront of operations
Overseeing project management, financial objectives, and workforce planning
About You
5+ years' experience in a similar leadership role
Strong background in project management, business development & operational strategy
Proven ability to lead teams, manage risks, and drive results
High-level communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in the mining, civil, or construction industry
Strong financial and commercial acumen
