Description
Join our Team in Nhulunbuy as Strategic Coordinator – Council Services, shaping the future of community services! This pivotal role provides strategic leadership and coordination to ensure effective governance, quality assurance, and service delivery across diverse programs.
What You’ll Do
Provide strategic advice and support to LeadershipLead critical projects and drive service improvements across multiple programs.Oversee governance, risk management, and contract performance.Analyse trends and data to inform decision-making and innovation.Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.Proven ability to deliver strategic advice and lead critical projects.Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities as well as high-level organisational and analytical skills with a focus on results.Strong skills in governance, risk management, and service improvement.Commitment to cultural awareness and working effectively in diverse indigenous communities.A current ‘C’ Class Driver’s License and sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety policy
