Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, being on the road, and working with high-quality tools and equipment? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and help grow our presence across the territory.
In this role, you will work closely with retail partners, end users, and internal teams to drive sales, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure strong in-store activation. What You’ll Do
* Drive sales growth by managing and developing relationships with retail partners and identifying new business opportunities within your territory.
* Deliver product demonstrations and training to customers and end users to showcase product benefits and drive brand preference.
* Execute in-store merchandising and promotions to ensure strong product visibility and strong retail activation.
* Manage your territory effectively by monitoring sales performance, supporting marketing initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years on-the-road sales experience
* Industry experience (preferred not required)
* Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
* Confident delivering product demonstrations or training
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Strong organisation and time management skills
