About the Position
In this key role, you will play a vital part in shaping and implementing programs and initiatives that drive our Indigenous employment objectives.
Closely collaborating with senior stakeholders, managers and People and Culture partners, your focus will be on designing and executing innovative strategies to enhance the retention, development, engagement, and career progression of Indigenous colleagues.
This includes providing expert advice and guidance to our People and Culture team, Indigenous colleagues and candidates, as well as people leaders. Your goal is to ensure we provide a supportive inclusive workplace where our Indigenous workforce thrives.
The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional with a strong background in human resources or related fields. You have extensive experience engaging with indigenous talent along with expertise in fostering diversity equity inclusion through tailored solutions.
