Enrolled Nurse required for both permanent full-time and part-time opportunities.

They are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses within the community to join their growing team.
Your new role
As the Enrolled Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential healthcare services to clients within the community. Your primary responsibility, whilst reporting to the Community Service Manager, will be to support clients in maintaining their independence and overall health in their daily lives. You will also be expected to assist with compliance, home care packages, and also be familiar with the billing processes within Community Care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive healthcare services tailored to the needs of each client.
* Assist clients with managing their health conditions, personal care and promoting wellness.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and deliver evidence-based nursing care and medication management in accordance with the clients' care plan.
* Educate clients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
* Monitor and document client progress or report any changes, adjusting care plans as necessary, and advise senior staff when required.
* Provide wound care, continuous management, and other nursing interventions as required.
* Adhere to all policies & procedures and care regulations and standards.
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant healthcare certification or degree.
* Previous experience working independently within the community.
* Valid First Aid and CPR.
* National Police Check.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently, but to also be a team player within the organisation.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
* Previous experience of co-ordinating is highly desirable.
* Hold a strong understanding and knowledge of risk management, infection control practices, and ethical and legal standards.
* Must be experienced within Commonwealth home support program management.
* Must have an understanding of CHSP, QCSS or HCP.
* Weekend availability if seeking part-time employment.
