The Opportunity This is a hands-on Senior Financial Accountant role reporting to the Head of Finance, with responsibility across month-end, statutory reporting, tax compliance and balance sheet integrity.
You'll also supervise a junior accountant and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as the finance function matures.
The role suits a technically strong accountant who enjoys ownership, accountability, and operating close to the business in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Own the month-end close process, including journals, accruals and reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting with analysis and commentary Maintain balance sheet integrity and compliance across all accounts Support year-end statutory accounts, audits and group reporting requirements Manage GST, FBT and payroll tax obligations and liaise with external tax advisors Research, document and maintain accounting and tax policies Mentor a junior accountant and support payroll and finance projects About You CA or CPA qualified 4–6 years' experience in audit/ financial accounting High attention to detail with strong communication and stakeholder skills Next steps: If the role interests you, please click on the 'Apply' button now and share your latest CV.
