We are seeking a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. Work with a passionate and friendly team Be part of premium events and high-quality dining experiences Task & responsibilities Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Regularly review product quality and research new vendors Organize and supervise shifts Interacting with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and services Ensure Responsible service of Alcohol policies are implemented and maintained in accordance with our Cafe on-License restrictions
To hold regular On-The-Job training sessions to ensure that staff can perform their duties correctly Ensure all tasks of setting up, serving and closing are all done correctly Plan menus in consultation with chef; estimate food costs and profits; adjust menus Budgeting of food costs, staff costs, equipment costs and other general maintenance costs Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions Qualification & experience Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management. Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role, with at least 3 years in the industry.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety standards Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage staff, rosters, and daily operations efficiently Knowledge of budgeting, stock control, and financial reporting Ability to handle customer concerns professionally Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Work Type: Full time Salary: $80000-90000 Job Publish: 20-04-2026 Job Expire: 20-05-2026 Apply Link: https:///job/details? id=5607891
