Job Title: Project Sales Director
Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive the sales strategy and team for two landmark Apartment & Mixed-use sites in Sydney metropolitan. The successful candidate will devise marketing strategies, engage customers, and provide insights to maximise sales profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales and marketing plans with the Marketing team
* Lead a high-performance sales team and engage them in ongoing development
* Collaborate across teams to deliver a consistent customer experience
* Manage budgets to maximise sales profitability
* Understand competitor landscapes and industry trends to navigate a changing market
* Establish relationships and business ties within local areas and community
* Oversee contract management, sales deliverables, and reporting
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in leading teams selling off-the-plan apartments in Sydney (ideally across multiple sites concurrently)
* Proven capability in devising and executing on sound sales strategy
* Real Estate License
* Strong communication skills and presentation
