Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking a professional and adaptable Customer Service Officer to provide high-quality client support at a major justice precinct. Reporting to the Operations Centre Asset Compliance Team Leader on-site, you will manage incoming requests, coordinate with Facilities Managers and contractors, and ensure accurate, timely communication. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and confident navigating challenging stakeholder environments, while fostering collaboration and excellent service. Key Responsibilities - Answer client calls and inquiries promptly and professionally - Log, track, and manage service requests in the CMMS system - Coordinate with Facilities Managers and contractors to resolve issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records, reports, and client communications - Support a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to OHS&E requirements - Contribute to process improvements and ensure client satisfaction Education, Experience & Skills Essential: - Previous experience in a Customer Service Centre or similar environment - English Proficiency: CEFR level B2 or above - Experience with CMMS systems - Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Professional telephone manner and ability to manage multiple requests - Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong written communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing demanding client interactions Desirable: - Certificate IV in Customer Service - Experience dispatching work in a Facilities Management or trade environment Workplace Flexibility This role is based at the Parramatta site with hybrid flexibility - 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH.
