Change Manager – SAP S/4HANA Upgrade

About the Opportunity
An established, large-scale organisation based in Western Australia is undertaking a significant SAP S/4HANA upgrade and is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the delivery. This is a short-term contract role focused on driving user adoption, managing change impacts, and ensuring a smooth transition across multiple business units during the ERP transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver an end-to-end change management strategy aligned to the SAP S/4HANA program
* Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness evaluations
* Design and implement communication, engagement, and training plans to support adoption
* Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to embed change activities into the overall project plan
* Track adoption metrics, manage resistance, and mitigate change-related risks
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on change and transition activities
About You:
* Proven experience leading change management for large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA
* Strong knowledge of formal change frameworks (Prosci / ADKAR or similar)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
* Experience designing and delivering SAP-related training and communications
* Change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) highly regarded
