Seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and continuously improve safety and quality reporting.
This exciting new opportunity is responsible for managing routine and extraordinary safety and quality objectives, targets, and performance from various systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Analysis and evaluation of data extracted from these systems to provide timely information to the business
* Supporting the management of master data integrity in AIRS (IQSMS), SAP, PFDS, and other systems
* Collating and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement strategies involving safety and quality targets
* Assessing holistic safety management system (SMS)/quality management system (QMS) performance and understanding the impact of changes and resolving issues for stakeholders
Key responsibilities include standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing safety and quality activities while ensuring alignment with Airbus reporting requirements and compliance with statutory regulations.
For this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Superior analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
* Proven experience in database management and querying relational databases, as well as performing analytics
* Knowledge of quality performance measurement, including leading and lagging indicators
* In-depth knowledge of reporting and data visualization solutions like Tableau or similar
* Demonstrated track record in driving continuous improvement to meet internal customer needs, driving activities to completion, including change and risk management best practices
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
