What you’ll do:
* Work closely with our site manager and learn from a skilled tradesman
* Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure projects run smoothly
* Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a carpenter, with prior leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
* Excellent communication and team management skills
* Relevant trade qualifications and White Card
* must have own tools and proven experience
* must have own car and license
